400g of Darling Downs Brisket
Onion
Sweet pepper
4 tablespoons of olive oil,
4 stalks Italian parsley (dry parsley powder can be substituted)
5 stalks of oregano (can be substituted for dried oregano)
7 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Chop the garlic and herbs finely and mix with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper to make pesto sauce.
Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the meat.
Grill the meat on the grill, flipping it back and forth so it doesn't burn.
Roast vegetables and serve. Roasted vegetables can be substituted with other vegetables at home.
