Darling Downs Chuck Eye Roll 300g
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 onion
5 cloves garlic
halves red and yellow paprika
3 button mushrooms
3 stalks asparagus
1 tsp butter
tbsp steak sauce 4
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 ts of ketchup
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Cut 300g chuck eye rolls, 1 onion, 1 red paprika, 1 green paprika, and 5 button mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and slice 5 garlic thinly.
Put 1 piece of butter on the pan, add bite-sized onion and thinly sliced garlic and stir-fry.
Cut into bite-sized pieces, add prepared button mushrooms, red paprika, yellow paprika, and asparagus and stir-fry together.
Put the vegetables on one side, put olive oil in a pan over high heat, add 300g of upper sirloin cut into bite-sized pieces and fry until golden brown.
Prepare a mixture of steak sauce, oyster sauce ketchup, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper.
Stir-fry vegetables and meat together, add sauce, and stir-fry to complete.
